Paul and Tiphainé are the Company owners and have over 30 years of catering experience. Paul started his career as an apprentice chef and was taught the classic culinary art by chefs from the Savoy hotel London. 

After many years in several restaurants paul moved into catering management and then finally took the family business forward to where it is today. 

We use fully traceable Cornish hogs and  the freshest local ingredients.
